Lower the item drop rates..

There are some quests that need drops from some mobs but cause of the insane item drop rate their loot is filled with random stuff preventing the quest items from dropping at all, Ally paladin's ress skill quest is 1 example of what cant be done cause of it the insanely high drop rate.

can u do something about FREESTYLER he is so annoying....he said that if we dont attack ally's they wont attack us..fair right...but the some mage started to shoot a pyroblast into me i used counterspell to stop it ...then agan he started...i turned him into a sheep and start to shoot pyro but than that idiot used stun on me and another mage killed me ...that wasn't fair..right ...and it was also other things before ....like attacking while we were sitting and chating...and many other things..he ...
